Mila's yogic journey began as a teenager when curiosity led her to take an after school Vinyasa yoga course. Her asana practice opened the gateway to deeper realms of the yogic lifestyle, and she is forever grateful for the growth that has been offered on this path. 

Her teaching style is dynamic and fluid, focusing on body awareness, intuitive movement and conscious breath. Playful yet grounded, strong and sweet- be prepared to free the body, steady the mind, and radiate from the Soul. Come and play! All are welcome.
